Cancel Contract

    Here you can cancel your storage contract with Cryogenix.

    Please indicate what should happen to your samples after the contract ends.

    I acknowledge that upon cancellation I must provide instructions on what should happen to my stored samples (transfer to another facility or destruction). If these instructions are not provided within 2 weeks despite two written reminders, Cryogenix is entitled to destroy the samples after notification with a 2-week notice period (§ 3.7 customer contract).

    Cancellation Information

    • Standard plan: One month's notice to the end of the current storage year. Contract renewal takes effect automatically upon payment of the annual service invoice.
    • Mid-term & Forever: Fixed term without regular cancellation option. Extraordinary cancellation for good cause remains unaffected.
    • Sample handling: After the contract ends, you will be contacted regarding the further use or disposal of your samples.
