Samples are deposited discreetly in Langenhagen, just outside Hanover. You book online via Cryogenix, the centre handles consultation, blood test, semen analysis and freezing - we handle coordination, specialist transport and long-term storage.

The location is the closest Cryogenix partner clinic for large parts of northern and western Germany - including Wolfsburg, Braunschweig, Bielefeld, Kassel, Magdeburg, Leipzig as well as the Ruhr area and Rhineland (Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn).
You book online via Cryogenix and choose your preferred appointment. The first clinic visit takes about 60 minutes: consultation, the legally required blood test (HIV, hepatitis B/C, syphilis), discreet sample deposit and semen analysis. The clinic lab then freezes your sample in a controlled process.
Then Cryogenix takes over: we collect the frozen sample in a specialist container and store it permanently at around -196 °C at the specialised BioKryo cryo lab in Germany. You keep full oversight at all times.
The costs: the Cryogenix package starts at €350 per year (incl. 19% VAT) for coordination, transport and storage. The medical service is billed separately by the clinic under the GOÄ fee schedule - you will see the exact amount for this location in the booking flow before you pay.
